Can I track the LinkedIn posts of LinkedIn companies?

It's not possible to track the LinkedIn posts of companies for now.

Can I automatically send LinkedIn invites or LinkedIn messages with Breakcold?

Breakcold is NOT a LinkedIn automation software but a sales CRM with social selling capabilities as well.

We don't automate LinkedIn invites or LinkedIn messages because it's the kind of thing that get people ban so we don't do it.

We recommend Expandi, Waalaxy or Heyreach instead for that.

Do you plan to add Instagram, Twitter of Facebook in the feed?

We don't plan to add these platforms in the feed as these social medias are super strict and it will be a nightmare to fight them every day to implement the feed. It will bug too much.

Can I automatically link companies to an individual?

For now, comapnies are not automatically linked to individuals and vice-versa, it's a future improvement.

Can I use Breakcold as my main CRM or should I keep using Pipedrive or Hubspot?

You can use Breakcold as your unique CRM.

Most of our customers are coming from Pipedrive or Hubspot.

Some rare customers keep both softwares but it often results in too many things to handle.

Can your software replace Instantly or Smartlead or Lemlist?

Breakcold is NOT a replacement for Instantly or similar softwares.

Breakcold is a sales CRM software to close deals, these softwares are to generate leads.

What people do is that they usually push positive replies from these tools to Breakcold.

They make them work together.

Do you have a WhatsApp, Calling or Telegram integration?

For now, it's impossible to integrate WhatsApp or Telegram DMs to Breakcold.

We want to do it, but it will come in 2025 - same for calling.

Can I automate my sales pipeline?

For now, the only way to automate the sales pipeline is to use tools like Zapier or Make.

We do plan to release a sales pipeline automation feature in the future though.

Yes you can now make the sidebar sticky or not (better navigation)
