The 'Chrome Extension' allows you to like and comment the LinkedIn posts of your leads super rapidly. It's like a curated LinkedIn feed.

You can manage Breakcold from: LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Gmail and WhatsApp.

💡 Sales-tip: filter the engagement section by list or sales status and focus in time-blocks on some your leads (eg. 10 minutes focusing on a Hot Leads list at the discovery call stage)

1°) How to install the Chrome Extension?

Watch the video at 1:30 if your LInkedIn account is in yellow or red (ie. not connected properly)

Step 1: Connect your LinkedIn profile

Step 2: Go to the Chrome Store using this link & install the extension:

Step 3: Open the Chrome Extension

Once you've installed the Chrome Extension, open it to connect to your Breakcold account.

Make sure that you're connected with the right email address and inside the right working space.

Verify that your Google Chrome Extension is set up

To verify that the google chrome extension is set up, go to accounts
If you LinkedIn account is NOT in yellow or red and just regular white, you're good to go!

If for some reasons, your chrome extension is not synced, do the following steps

Solution 2:

- Delete your connected LinkedIn account
- Delete the chrome extension
- Make sure you are in the same browser
- Connect your LinkedIn account
- Re-install the Chrome Extension

Why your LinkedIn account might not be properly synced?

- you're using Safari over Chrome
- you haven't installed the chrome extension
- you're not in the right workspace when you click on the extension

2°) Br Sync vs Br Synced button explained

When the button is SYNC => you can only add a lead
When the button is SYNCED => you can update the lead, write notes, create tasks etc

3°) How to decide on which platforms the extension displays?

When you open the chrome extension, there's a setting button:

You can then select where you want the Br Sync button to display.

4°) How to switch workspaces?

If you are managing multiple workspaces (eg. for your customers), you can switch workspaces here.

Doing so will allow you to push the same lead in the workspace of your different customers if you're an agency for example.
