From there, you can click on your leads and manage them.

The activity section displays everything that happened with your leads, from social interactions to email conversations, notes and more!

Icebreakers are sentences to 'break the ice' with your prospects. They can be used as variables.

You can use it as personalized intro first lines or ps lines in your email sequences. You can learn more about their use here.

7°) How email verification works?

Breakcold automatically verify the emails of your leads but it's not 100% accurate.

If you know that an email is valid, you can manually validate it yourself.

8°) How to get the profile picture of my lead?

You can get the profile picture of a lead by:
- tracking them
- adding them using the Chrome Extension on a social where they have their profile picture

You can't add a profile picture yourself to a lead.
