I see many people getting wrong what is a Social CRM Software so let's first give it a proper definition.
A Social CRM software is not your typical customer relationship management software. Organizing contacts, building lists of prospects is a good thing but do you know what's better? Actually building relationships with prospects, that's what a Social CRM software is all about.
