1°) Rules about custom fields organization
-you can create as many custom fields as you want
-if you add custom fields to 1 lead, it will add these custom fields to every leads in that list
- custom fields added in 1 list will not be added into another list
- to add custom fields in all lists at once, you need to add the custom fields by being in the "all leads" list

2°) Can I use custom fields in my email sequences?
Yes, you can use the custom fields in your emails by using the "/" button on your keyword.

A custom field can be used like this:

The variable named Icebreaker or Icebreaker 1 etc corresponds to the email first lines you write here:

3°) How to import my custom fields in a CSV?
You can import custom fields via a CSV. You should map the fields you want with icebreaker, icebreaker 2, icebreaker 3 or 4. But if you have more custom fields, make sure to tick the box below in this image.

4°) Can I use HTML variables?
Custom fields can be used as variables the HTML editor. First, click on this button:
