Do this consistently, use a mix of automation and human touch to make it easy, and use content to add value.
Here’s how we do it:
Step 1: We batch-create the content for the next 2 months (yess!).

Step 2: We add qualified prospects into different Breakcold stages (the screenshot below is not Jani's pipeleine but a demo pipeline screenshot)
Step 3: Once leads are added to Breakcold, we automatically enrich them for phone numbers and emails so we can cold call them and follow up with them via email.
If we couldn’t enrich them, we also have an alert notification from Clay which allows us to improve our sales automation
Step 4: We leverage the tasks to stay on top of the prospects, build rapport, and nurture the relationships.
We send messages on LinkedIn and emails.
If the leads don’t respond, we also like and comment on their posts. This increases our chance of getting a response. We don’t care if it’s an old or a new post - we just do it.
Sales are 90% consistency, and 10% is “sales magic” 🪄
We also don’t use any automation and it’s intentional.
By building a relationship with them and understanding the situation of the prospects, we know a lot more insights before joining the call which enables us to run an efficient discovery call.
We also get to know a lot more about their team's priorities, whether or not this is the right time, or if we should circle back later.
Those who aren’t qualified are updated in BreakCold with disqualified reasoning ❌
Those who are ghosting us automatically enter our follow-up and nurture sequences where we share relevant content with a mix of manual and automated touches. ✅
Step 5: For those who are qualified and open to chatting with us, we book them and they enter into our HubSpot.
HubSpot auto-creates tasks for us with a mix of voicenote, email, cold call, and social touches to ensure we have a consistent timeline for touches across multiple channels for maximum visibility.
Step 6: We have a ZERO inbox policy on Breakcold — there are no uncompleted tasks EOD. 😱
Step 7: Slack and Zapier also send us daily status updates, referencing how many net new prospects entered into our pipeline, how many are in one of our active pipeline stages, and prospects who recently booked with us.
