This is how I initially found out about it:

Step 1: Clearly Identify your ICP ( that means understand all the problems they go through)

Step 2: Pick one problem and solve it.

Step 3: Choose a way to show that off. For me, I've been loving Gamma so I put together a guide on why it's important to set up DNS records, buying domains for cold outreach, and setting up inboxes.

Step 4: Record your screen scrolling through the guide and share it on Linkedin.

Step 5: Generate demand and create a networking effect by asking viewers to comment on your post in exchange to get their hands on the guide.

Step 6: Send the guide to everyone

Step 7: Look at the profiles of the commentators and see which ones fit your ICP. If they do, ask for a meeting. Use humour when you pitch, don't be cringe.

Step 8: Add the leads in Breakcold with a reminder to follow-up in 2 days if they don't reply.

Step 9: Follow-up 3 times. each time add some sort of value ( I will make a post about this another time)

Step 10: Close clients and start getting them results
